crafty

easy and fun craft to do, found this via designmom.  1. buy butterfly punch (or what have you).  2. use old scraps of paper to punch out butterflies.  3. use glue dots or foam tape, etc and adhere to paper.  4. frame!

clocks, fridges and wallpaper

i don't know what it is, but i love the styling for these pictures and i LOVE the clock! where in the world would i find a vintage clock like that?  ebay i suppose.

images via decor8 featuring pop pervert designs)

i'm also really diggin' the wallpaper on the fridge idea.  we don't have a cool enough fridge to wallpaper, and if we had a cool old one, i probably wouldn't want to cover it up.  but if we had, and if i would... this is what i would do.

hardcore

now that i'm taking a climbing class, does this make me "hardcore"?!  probably not. i don't know anything about climbing shoes but i do like the color combo :)

porcelain paper plates

such an interesting concept.  using porcelain in the form of paper plates.  what a painstaking process to make something that looks so disposable!  if you've ever worked with porcelain (it's quite difficult because it's so soft) you realize how difficult these would be to make so thin.  wow.
